October 14, 2022 Noah Kahan released the album "Stick Season". As I listened to it on repeat, different lyrics would stick out to me. in his song "Growing Sideways", he has the lyric
"And I divvied up my anger into thirty separate parts
Keep the bad shit in my liver and the rest around my heart"
I contemplated the lyric and wondered how it would look to list thirty of my own angers, and to assign them a place in my own organs. So I printed and colored an anatomical chart of the organs and "assigned" each of the angers an organ to live in.
